CONDITION OF SALES :
To guarantee a reservation of less than 4 nights : a credit card number is requested
To guarantee a reservation of more than 3 nights : a deposit of 30% of the totality of the stay is requested
Cancellation policy for stay of less than 4 nights :
For bookings confirmed as firm and guaranteed by bank card, the cancellation terms are as follows:
NO CANCELLATION FEES : if the cancellation is made before 72 hours of the arrival date.
Cancellation be made within 72 hours of the holiday start date : the totality of the stay is due and will be charged
Cancellation policy for stay of more than 3 nights :
Advance notification for cancellation without fees: at least 45 days before arrival date.
Cancellations made after the above fixed delay incur damage:
– 45 to 7 days: the deposit is kept
– 7 days to arrival date: the totality of the stay is due and will be charged
CUSTOMER NO-SHOW:
In case of customer no-show and failing cancellation arrangements in compliance with the above-mentioned terms, the full total of the booking shall be charged by the hotel.
